A Prayer for September

Cooler nights & crisper days, that's what Autumn brings.
As Golden leaves crunch beneath our footsteps, Holy God, remind us that this is time for letting go.
Help us drop our grudges, hurts and sorrows as the lordly maple drops it's flaming leaves.
Bless us as we shed which is no longer needed.
